Do you remember those Slim Fast commercials that used to promise to help you lose weight quickly? Do you remember the tag line of “a shake for breakfast, another at lunch and then a healthy dinner” Slim fast was basically advocating itself as a weight loss diet supplement. By using slim fast to replace two of your daily meals you would be cutting your calorie intake dramatically.
