L.A. Weight Loss Diet
The LA weight loss diet promises to help its clients shed weight every week. It recently started an online program for people who want to manage their weight but might not be able to make it into a la weight loss diet center. It looks a lot like the weight watchers program. The la weight loss diet plan also offers personal counselors to help you lose weight, if you can make it to a la weight loss center.
Basically what the LA weight loss does is reinforce the basics of weight loss but in a fancy environment. They obviously want to make a profit because they really push the LA weight loss diet foods onto their members.
The la weight loss diet program starts off with a “jumpstart program” that lasts for a few days and is very high in protein. This is to build you up for the next stage in the program which cuts your calorie intake back to less than 2000 countries per day. As you work through the program you slowly get to up your calorie intake until the last stage of the program in which you are basically on your own, save for regular counseling sessions.
There are a few catches to the LA Weight Loss program. While the ads say that it costs very little for each week of involvement, you are required to pay for a whole year’s worth of meetings when you sign up. You are also encouraged to purchase their “special” line of food and special diet supplements which run on the higher end of the product price range.
What is odd about the LA weight loss diet is that, while the program will mention that having an active lifestyle can be beneficial and bring about the weight loss faster, they don’t say anything about requiring an exercise program.
Any diet program that is made with your health in mind will tell you that some exercise is required for any diet program to be a success. Simply eating less will not make you lose weight and it will not keep you healthy. If you decide to join the la weight loss diet plan, here are some tips to keep in mind while you work through the program:
